Anybody here been to Wembley? Just wondering what the best way to get there is. I'm going to the England v Spain friendly next month and was wondering if it makes a big difference flying into any of the main airports.

Heathrow would be the most convenient to get there as Stansted is the complete other side of London (its not even in London in fact).

Gatwick would not be so bad either.

Then get the Jubilee Line northbound.

All the main airports will get you there.
Just depends on your budget i suppose.
Wembley is in North West London.

You want to get off at Wembley Park, serviced by both the Metropolitan and Jubilee Tube lines.

I'm pretty sure there are trains from the big London Airports into Liverpool Street station, and you can get the Metropolitan line straight from there.

The Stansted express goes in to Liverpool Street

You can get there from any airport but try for Heathrow if the price is much the same as other airports

ive been there 3 times and ive flown to heathrow, gatwick and stanstead.

train from those into town (victoria) and then get the tube out to wembley park.

i takes about 75 minutes from all 3. none is really closer to be honest. heathrow is probably that bit closer as you can see the arch from the runway, but the last time i did it, cl final, there was strikes and engineering works and 2 stations closed, so it took an age to get out there coming home

Thanks for all the responses. Flying to Gatwick is about half the price so I might chance that one. Think I'm sitting with all the English fans (seeing as I booked from the FA website). Will be supporting Spain though (not too loudly).
