Its perfectly fine, just let the water settle and the murkyness will go away. Happens from time to time. I dont have an explanation but it wont kill you. One of lifes unsolved mysteries.

Its just air or lime. Not sure which one I just know that my water is always like that. Leave it for a few seconds and it will disappear. Wont affect you in any way what so ever.

Boil it before drinking it if you're worried. Or if you have a filter jug, use that.

It's lime OP. It's not harmful, but doesn't taste nice. That's what my parents water looks like the whole time. You can get a filter jug for probably about €20 or less in somewhere like Argos.

What you see in additional chlorine that has been added to the water. Chlorine in added to make the water safe to drink. They boost the levels at times when the pipework was opened up or the water was turned off as in these instances dirt can enter the system or even dirt sitting in pipe can be disturbed.
Now, the pipeline in under pressure but when you release some water into a glass, the chlorine (at normal atmospheric pressure will break away into the atmosphere. This is the settling effect you see in the glass. You should therefore allow the water to 'settle' as this means the chlorine has in effect gone and your water is both disinfected and now pretty much chlorine free.
If you drink it straight off when cloudy, you are drinking in chlorine.
