A female friend of mine had been robbed in Cambodia she has been left with nothing All credit cards the lot has been stolen she contacted me through FB as i was online, GUYS she has no were to go and shes alone please any advice please?

Embassy is the best call i'd say, has she been on to the police over there yet. They should advise her on the best move.

Make sure it's not a scam – plenty of folks get their FB hacked and suddenly begging emails are sent everywhere.

Poor girl, same thing happened me except i was just left with a credit card, ended up just buy tradition Cambodian clothes and pretended i was a local.

Cancel credit cards, forward her money western union or else buy her a plane ticket home. Guest houses only make you pay at the end of your stay

I got her in contact with her dad and no it was,nt a scam id know that a mile away,Was genuine, JUST AMAZES ME ALL THE SMART ARSE ANSWERS YOU GET IN A REAL LIFE SITUATION! But thanks to the folk that have a bit of cop on! il keep you updated on what happened,

How is she online? Does she have her phone or money for an internet cafe? Tell her to Google the closest Embassy. Was she travelling alone or staying with friends in a hostel?

Cant imagine anyone going to cambodia on their own on a holiday. Sounds like the kind of girl who grabs the banana instead of the knife.

Local Embassy for sure. You dont wanna be stuck in cambodia on your own too long let me tell ya. You need to hire a bodyguard going to cambodia I know many people who went. If you dont have a bodyguard the locals will rob you. It's a seriously poverty stricken and dangerous place to be.

Get her onto the embassy and fast.
