A specialist electrician has carried out repairs on an ultra-high voltage power line in eastern China.
The operation is thought to be the first of its kind.
Backed up by another five experts on the ground, he climbed a giant pylon to replace a brace on the electrical cables.

Now that's what I call a hair raising job, nothing like sitting on a cable carrying a few hundred thousand volts to keep you focused.

Used to do that all the time as kids.

Never did us any harm.

Course I do tend to wipe hard-drives by standing too near them and cats get spooked by me walking into a room. But at least the batteries on my Xbox controller never need replacing.
