Whos heard or dealt with 'Internet Register Ireland'.

Hi all,
Foolishly signed a document that I mis read about 2 years ago, from a company who wanted to advertise our family business.
I believed I was signing up to the basic 'free' package, of company name, business type, and contact info.

Some time after we received an invoice from this company, for a little short of €1k.

Have held out paying this, as I believe, and from quick research online (hindsight) this is a scam.

Lately a letter has come from their 'Legal Department'.

I am now wondering what kind of clout this letter could carry.

Has any of you had dealings or any experience of this outfit ?
T/a DAD, Deutscher Adressdienst GmbH.

Any help or info gladly received.

I don't know if I should fill out the Contestation form, or lie low and hope they may give up ?
I can't help wondering if the Contestation form would high light the fact that I am worried, and cause them to harass me more.
Any thoughts?

throw anythign and everything you ever recieve from these shower of sh1tes in the bin.

They will NEVER EVER take you or anyone to court.

BTW any court action must always be in the country / area that a contract was formed - so if you signed the document in Kildare, the court action would ahve to be in Naas.

Don't be fooled again by them. BIN everything and forget about it.

Or return it with F%$K OFF scrawled across the paper.

Yes it will just make them chase you more! and it also confirms that you are still in business at that address.
