Just in case you dont get the answers to your question here, please take it to a local mechanic. Looks like a five minute job if its just about connecting tubes etc so shouldn't coast too much...

also, it overheats in 10 min, from cold, ... engine wasnt use for a year, could be thermostat gone, and now wont open.
