    Don't wait for builder
    It's a specialists job
    Contact insurance now
The sooner it's looked at the less spread of kerosene you have
Not an easy job to tidy up

Having known a few people who have gone threw this experience, and seen the process! i personall would first try and estimate how much oil had been lost, with oil its always the case that a small amount can go a long way, i would want to be sure its gone under the floors, the smell may well be, essentially what i am saying is i personally would really have to be cornered before looking to these oil spill experts to clean up what could well be a very small problem, you can be sure it will become a 6 to 9mth masive build project for the oil spillage firm.
