need laptop help

    im not sure if this is the right forum to post this help in :o

    anyway went to play my paddy power poker today and this came up

    deleted and re-installed a number of times with no joy,just same message.
    so got onto ppp and they told me that the poker lobby must not have been deleted from my laptop and this is why it wont install,to this i said if it's still there why is it not working,he then went into some ramble about windows 7 i have vista,i asked does this now mean anyone with vista cant play ppp? he answered the same thing it mustn't have been deleted from my lappy,i have as far as im aware deleted all files from paddy power and can find nothing else to delete as regards ppp.

    any one have any idea's??

    edit:ive deleted from add and remove programs and also searched for any files with paddy power,lobby etc

    edit:been told no one can see the pic hope this works
