    Hey

I have a pair of EV SX300E speakers that I would like to get serviced. (Horn is gone in one) Anyone with any experience in getting this stuff done?

    Thanks

It would help us to help you if we knew where are you based? If you're in Co. Cork, Baylor's in Fermoy is the place to go. Dominic is an excellent technician.

With most speakers of that caliber, the replacement part for the tweeter is the diaphragm (with coil attached). This needs to be carefully seated into the magnet, and you must put the seals/ washers etc. back exactly as they came out. Tricky, but not rocket science.

Apologies, I am based in Dublin. Any pointers would be appreciated.
