There's a load of guards around the town, I first spotted two of them up dunathane road and then saw loads down around the river by the rowing club and some even going out on boats, does anyone know what's going on?

Yeah, passed over the bridge about 13.00 and the sub aqua boat was out.
Didn't hear anything else though.
