Advice sought iphone 4s purchase USA

    I would really appreciate any tips on buying a Iphone 4S from New York.

    My partner will be over in New York at the end of November for a few days holiday to visit her son who lives and works in New York.

    I would love to get a 32GB Iphone 4s simfree and unlocked from Apple.

    The most important question i have is should i order online and have it delivered in advance to my partners son's address in New York or should i just ask her to go shopping to a Apple store?

    Hi there as far as i know apple do not sell the iphone sim free in America.

    I know it's not available sime free in the USA right now but i think it will be available by the end of November?

    I would order online well in advance to save any chance of not getting one.
    You could go over and have none in stock on 5th Avenue and you then have no choice.

    Problem is, the time of ordering and delivery time will have to match up with the holiday dates.
