Most of my cows are chx and sim, i usually give them an ai ch bull as i sell them this time of year and buy in a springer or 2 as replacements. I am now considering keeping a heifer or 2 on every year as a replacement but was wondering what would be the best type of ai bulls to give.I was thinking bout a sim bull or a good milky ch bull but im not sure which bulls would be the best . any opinions would be great. Also i bought 2 chx springers y/day ,they will be just gone 2 year old when they calf and i was wondering what nuts i should give them as the still have a bit of growing to do?

Obviously you like big cows so stick with ch or sim, should be no problem getting milky sims.
When are the 2 heifers due to calve? I reckon any general beef ration would be fine for them, just don't feed them all the way to calving. Older thread on here somewhere.
