Alrite i have a car there that's after been on axle stands for ages, its finally working. It has no NCT (out since september).

What i want to know its:

Can i book it in and drive it or can i only drive it to the test centre on my assigned test day?

Reason i'm asking is i would like to get it to a garage and throw it up on the ramp to have a look, get the computer hooked up to it see if there's any faults. I need a couple of new tyres and it needs to be tracked too.

Just a few little bits need doing that i can't do...

Book it, get it fixed and then NCT it. Easy :)
