Thinking about booking these for our wedding, just wondering does anyone have any feedback that would help us?

I was at wedding where the Rat Pack performed - i love all the rat pack stuff so was delighted.

They played Mack the knife and that was it for the rat pack stuff other than that, i thought they were just another wedding band, nothing specular – I wouldn’t be running out to book them.

I personally don't think they are great, traded on their name and marketing for a long time without backing it up on any night i saw them..............

I recently had this band play at my wedding, i booked them a year in advance and after i booked them i read a lot of bad reviews and got fairly worried (i suppose i got dragged into the book early to avoid disappointment hype), i had paid a deposit and could not afford to go look for another band so i didnt think of changing or investigating further.

I will agree that the main guy Jason has a funny way about him and his attitude is a bit "i am the expert" but on the night all my fears were gone, he is an expert and the floor was full ALL NIGHT.

I just think its important that i put this review up here because there are so many negative things said about them in reviews I wonder is there just someone out there trying to ruin this band because i dont have any complaints at all about them, the music was great, the crowd were delighted with them and they were very professional and good to deal with on the night. I got lots of compliments about them!

I don't like their new name though, sounds very cheesy ( i actually just told people that they were called the irish rat pack) but i understand that they made this name change because their songlist extends far beyond rat pack music....

Anyway if you have already booked them dont spend lots of time worrying about them like I did i was VERY happy in the end.
