    Well if he knows "Eoin" does not live there then why would he return? And unless he damaged your door then the Gardai wouldn't really be able to do him for "criminal damage" but I'm sure there are other reasons they could "have a chat" with him over.

    You can be charged with assault if the victim is put in fear of injury or danger without even touching them. Having someone kicking your door, making and acting on a threat to return would put many's a person in fear.
