I a die hard Fringe and would like other fans opinions on this.

Any fans here really think that the show it not worth watching or would not survive without Peter. I was reading some comments on other sites where fans were saying that unless Peter comes back within 4 episodes they are giving up watching it etc.

I do know he is back in episode 4 I think ( I am watching it on Sky was am a few days behind). However getting back to the whole question - yes I know he is an important person in the show and gives more normality to both Walter and Olivia but seriously I do not find I am totally missing him in Season 4. If I was told he would not be fully back until half way through Season not sure if it both me too much. We all know he will return and that it won't be oh here's Peter so let's all get back to normal.

I do like the Peter character and would hate to see him gone forever but I do not think it's his show the way some fans do, for me Walter and Olivia are the more important characters.

I know Seth Gabel has been promoted to a series regular for Season 4 but I still hope we get to see more of this sides Lincoln Lee as his character is very likable and he is not just downgraded to doing all the donkey work for the team.

So what does everyone else think?

Well hes back now and thats all that matters

But I did miss him and walter living with each other the bits we see of them whilst at the house are some of the funniest (naked cooking comes to mind) and i missed his interactions with Olivia too and so i have missed him and have been delighted at the glimpses we got of him. I nearly cried when Olivia pulled out the picture.

Oh I am not disputting him coming back and it will be good to see Peter back as you said him and Walter provided some of the funniest moments.

However I do not think that the show lies squarely around Peter in some fans think however I am beginning to speculate alot of these fans may be teenagers who are more interest in Peter and Olivia romantic relationship than anything else.

I am not a huge fan of romance in these things & in Fringe it is not necessary however I think our Olivia and Alt Lincoln or even our Lincoln could have a fling. : )
