What sites would you recommend to assist you in learning German?i especially would like to practise with native speakers !

Depends on what your interests are.

There are German internet platforms for almost everything, like football or animals, you can register there and have a bit of a chat with people who share your interests.

And no worries, most Germans are kind of fluent in English, they would not mind if somebody with a different native language turns up.
