log book posted to shannon on the 26th september and it still hasnt been updated on www.motortax.ie. how long should it take? rang shannon and they basically didnt wanna help. the seller is adamant it was posted the 26th. 3 weeks the car is lying up now as i cant tax it. any ideas??????

shannon are useless they never want to help ring them and dont get off the phone until they give yu answers they must have lost it its about the only thing they can do
