TV line up from multiple sources, how to?

Sorry complete NooB, I am wondering what is possible in terms of combining into one channel listing TV programmes from multiple sources.

I am living abroad and what I would like to achieve is this:

Local digital TV channels on my local ip address.
Irish TV channels, which will require an Irish VPN.
British TV channels, which will require a UK VPN.

I know that I can get a global account with a VPN provider which can give me the Irish and UK IP's but is it possible to set the whole thing up with a channel line up on a remote control so that I can flick through my local TV channels, the Irish TV channels and the UK TV channels and in the background the changes to the required IP address for that particular channel are applied automatically?

I appreciate that there may be a pause whilst different ip addresses are selected.

Is this possible to set up? And if so what hardware and software would I require?

The UK and Irish channels arent broadcast on an IP stream that I know of so what stream are you talking about receiving?

If you just want RTE player and BBC player then a subscription like Overplay woudl allow that.

But to answer your other question if you are recieving IPtv streams and want a single interface and EPG the windows media center and DVBlogics IPTV sortware plugin is what you want.

I was going to use the magnet streams for the Irish channels, I hadn't gone looking for the UK ones, I had just assumed they were available but maybe not.

I'll take a look at the DVBlogics IPTV plug in, thanks.

I have tried Tunnel Bear for TV Streaming websites. Its for free and i must say they are giving good speed for streaming purpose. However, i switched paid services as i have read that best paid vpn service is far more reliable and speedy than free one. The best what i found in paid one is PureVPN and Hidemyass....
