Hi folks i am wondering have people come across this before i live in a private housing estate and the management company claim that only 50% of the houses are paying the fees and as a way to get the money out of people they have decided to introduce a clamping company to the estate and they will only give parking permits to people that have paid up or made agreement with them to do so. Does anybody know if they are entitled to do this legally ? Is there anyway to stop this happening ?

Aside from this being way off-topic for the Helpdesk, legal advice is banned sitewide anyway, so consult a solicitor.
