    Hello all!

I am going to an Irish/Polish wedding and was asked to say a few words.

I really want to try and speak a line or two of Polish and I found the following:

"Gratulujemy! Życzymy Wam wszystkiego, co najlepsze!"

I believe its saying congratulations to the couple and wishing happiness.

Could someone give me a really basic pronunciation of this please?

    Thanks!

Failing finding a friendly Pole, go here http://www.ivona.com/.
Choose a Polish voice and copy and paste in your text.

The female voices are not terribly enthusiastic sounding, but to my ear, their pronunciation is pretty good. 'Jan' and 'Jacek' are probably the best for you to use.

    Grat-oo-loo-yeh-meh! Je chi-mih vam v-shist-kyay-go so ny-lepsheh!
    (sort of...)

    You're welcome BBK.
