Problem Powerpoint Multi Function Oven

Hi all have had this oven about 6 years now 2nd element of grill will not work there is power to both ends. Put temporary supply on element and it worked ok checked connections these are fine so I think problem lies with losing neutral from the controller switch. Anyone know where I can get one of these, thanks
