you should ignore people who test your patience, and if your beating people up because of anger then you need to go get help. People are going to annoy you where ever you are. Its best to get it sorted sooner rather than later, you dont want to end up in prison because someone annoyed you do you?
Anger mangement counciling really does help. you should check it out before you hurt someone else or get hurt yourself.

There are Ideas we can't discuss at all i'm like that....It's a very big problem here in Ireland....we can't seem to discuss anything serious ...and i'm reminded of that on boards every day....my Opinion is me???? Some people have a little pride in them selves and the fuse is short but others have a lot of credit to themselves and don't mind looking foolish once in a while....is that it?Discussions on boards get 'vicious'but i keep an exit open and i know if i'm over my depth most of the time or i chance a comment but that's the exception.Good thing boards is'nt a pub.

Shooting them probably isn't good advice...the drugs are a better way to stay abreast of the situation IMO.
