    Hi guys,

Basically guys I want to spend next summer in Spain. I was in Argentina for 6 months last year so I have a decent level of Spanish.

I want to find out which is the best city to live in, and to get summer work, becuase I need to earn money for college after the summer. What kind of work could be got and would it be hard to get work considering the current economic climate within Spain?

shouldn't be just make sure you get out there a bit before the holiday season and you should get something.

Cool. I'd be out from May to August. What kind of work would one find in the Costa del Sol?

I do not mean to be a wet blanket or anything but the current unemployment rate in Spain is 22% and youth unemployment(18-25) is a whopping 45% i would say work would be hard got.

All depends on what type of work he is looking for. I'd say it would be much easier for an Irish person to get a job in a Irish or British owned pub on the Costa del Sol than it would be for a Spaniard.
