Black shoe boots

Hi all,
using my hubbies login!

Have been looking for black shoe boots for ages I know there are loads in the shops but im looking for ones with a 4" heel max most of the ones in shops are very high and im already 5f9" so dont want anything very high, I saw fab french connection ones buy they had at least a 5" heel, ive looked in bt2 carvela ones are also very high, thinking of black suede will pay a bit for nice ones as I know il get loads of wear out of them, the ones below are what Im looking for just too high i think...
has anyone any ideas..thanks

I got a black leather pair in Marks a while back. I think they were around €47. Heels aren't too high.

I have the Carvela Steam ankle boot in black suede. The heel is 4 inches with a hidden platform. They're really comfy to wear. I got them from Debenams online sale. They only seem to have the leather ones online now but you may be lucky and find the suede ones in store.
Leather is €139 online. The suede were €89.



Carvel 'Start' ankle boot (Debenhams €210) 4 inch heel. They also come in grey.

Oh my god! The price of those above! I got mine, that look nearly the exact same, in New Look for €32! They're SO comfortable and I wear them lots!

+1. I have these aswel. Sooooo comfortable, not to high and are pretty cheap!! And i just saw them in New Look in Galway today.

Hey thanks a mill for all the replies, I like the new look ones they have similar in dorothy perkins too my sister has the new look ones and loves them, I would prefer plain ones though with the zip on the inside, I love the french connection ones but too high, the carvela steam ones look like a good option but cant seem to get them in the black suede il keep trying though!any other suggestions welcome and thanks again!

Now I knows these are a bit left field but they are wicked comfy and stylish (pic doesn`t do them justice) they fit tight to the ankle and small heel. Just thought I`d throw `em in there anyway.
