Can anyone advise how to amend the regional settings in Excel 2000 ?
I have issues with date formats always appearing as mm/dd/yy

    Thanks

Regional settings are set through Windows Control Panel, not through the applications

you can change the format excel uses on a per cell basis if you want

format, cell, and choose date format dd/mm/yyyy or whatever
