Got one today & found it a weird fit. Tight around the stomach (I'm 10 stone & 29" waist), loose around the chest & very tight around arms. That was the medium size.

If a medium is tight on your 29" waist, I must be a XL as I'm 34" inches!

I bought a medium one in Aldi and it fits perfectly.

    I'm 33" waist and 40" chest.

Should do a good job of keeping me warm on the Winter runs.
