Just a quick note to say that Malahide Ladies Rugby Team are looking for new members. They currently train on Mondays and Wednesdays from 7.30pm-9pm in Malahide Rugby Club.

Training varies alot, usually a few running drills, passing drills, ball work, some games...and a bit of tackling, but only for those interested. The main aim is to get more ladies involved with the club..so even if you have no interest in playing rugby or getting into the contact side of it you are more than welcome to pop along to training sessions.

I only joined the club a few weeks ago and I'm completely loving it...(I've yet to figure out the rules.....but it'll happen...in time). They are catering for complete beginners...(even utterly useless ones like myself who have never played any sport!). Don't be worried if you think your not fit enough or don't know the rules of the sport..all that will come in good time. Currently there are more new girls then there are experienced..so no need to feel intimidated at all

So if your looking for something to do to get in shape for the run up to Christmas pop along and have a look!

Note: I have nothing to do with the team/club nor do I actually know anything about rugby but I'm still loving the training ..just thought I'd pop it up for anyone living near the area that might be interested. If anyone wants to PM me about it feel free
