Touch Judge flag

I'm going to be touch judge in my first match this weekend. Do I have to bring my own flag, if so where can I get one? Also it says if I can't make it to ring the fixtures sec. Is that the home teams fixtures sec?

afaik the clubs have to provide them, the fixtures sec is the referees fix sec. ie the person who told you that you were running the line.
