I am replacing an old rad with a new one, old one is about 30 years and was a 42", 106cm right in the middle of the 100 and 110.
The pipes are copper and have very little give, about 1 cm either way, so I went with the smaller one but the Valve connections are a bit short, can I get longer connections that screw into the rad?
The ones suplied are about 3/4 cm proud of the rad on each side, I would need an extra 2/3 each side.
the connections are stainless steel, I tried putting on a brass connection on one side but the s/s is slightly thicker so wont fit.
    Advice please, Thank's.

Various sizes of valve extensions are available from plumbing suppliers.

That was what I was hoping to hear, anyone you would use in the Dublin N area.
    Thanks.

I'm in Cork so can't help with that, any plumbing suppliers will stock them.
