have you got an example of one you've already done please?

Just slapped two screenshots of near finished websites

screenshots dont give anything away as they're only pictures and offer no indication of how good you are at building a site. a website is a hell of a lot more than just visual. can we actually browse the websites?

As in every walk of life it's pretty ridiculous to charge people for your services if you are taking the first steps in learning a new skill. Especially as you'll be learning as you build.

What's your training? What websites have you built? How's your CSS3? How do you find the prospect of HTML5 implementation across the board? Which do you prefer; flash or JS?

as a software developer I find this both funny and insulting.

Righto, I've just noticed this thread. I will leave it open for a day or two to give off.the.walls a chance to respond and I would highly recommend a response of some sort from even if it's just to answer the questions from pinksoir and DamagedTrax.

I agree but I'm just giving him a chance to redeem himself. As this thread demonstrates there is no doubting his enthusiasm, he may just need to learn to think things through a bit more before posting.

Yes you can i use the flash to design some sites and photoshop and them make the images active by using html coding if i design it in photoshop. The websites are fully functional.

yes, there is precedence for this unfortunately. and quite a bit.

off.the.walls - I'm not having a go. But I have pointed out a few times that I think you may need to sit down, re-read these posts/ideas of yours, take a deep breath, maybe even go away and come back in an hour...before posting.

it might do the world of good. you strike me as someone who just vomits out whatever pops in your head. we're only human and we've all made mistakes but if we all did that all the time these Boards would be in a sorry state!

don't forget this stuff is up here forever.*

*edit. well at least until the apocalypse/asteroid hit/nuclear obliteration/rapture**, when we have to start from scratch again. though the scientologists may have a bunker somewhere with server rooms etc. I digress...

Doing my degree at the moment in digital media one this we do in it is website design through html and through flash, have been designing websites for the past few months. The ones i put up here were just mess ones i put together as the other sites i am working on i cannot release untill the clients tell me that i can put their work out there.

I use mostly html and flash haven't really gotten to grips with css3 yet and i think html5 is a bit hard and i need to get practicing on that but atm i use flash photoshop and notepad for some html coding.
