I cloud back up storage not working

I downloade ios 5 to i phone 4 tonight all seems to be ok but during set up it didnt connect to the i cloud or wont connect to the i cloud back up storage :mad:

Its busy. There seems to be millions of people crucifying the servers. Leave it a couple of days.

It started to work about a half hour ago but it wont sed my outlook contacts to the cloud for some reason it stalls on this!! Anybody else get this!!!
