WE Scar Co2, just under 1 joule, npas kit. Great condition, maybe 400 rounds through it at most. Would prefer to trade this one, it's a bit too....small for my liking, I'd prefer something a little bigger, like an M16a3 or similar. It has a tan silencer with it. Ideally I'd love to trade for something else Co2.

    DSC01897.jpg

AK47s. Cyma, decent condition (stress is intentional), not sure how many rounds through it as it was 2nd hand when I bought it, never fired it but I got it from someone of a good reputation here on boards (rated below 1j at the time and it's not been upgraded or fired since). It's the wood/metal version. Wouldn't mind trading (already have an ak47 full stock) or else say 160.

    DSC01899.jpg

K98K. This does not fire. It is missing several important pieces from the bolt action but it looks fine as a replica or a wall hanger. So this is strictly sold as seen/described. Thompson. Don't have a battery for it so can't check, but I was told it does actually work, it's just missing the stock and the foregrip can be freely rotated or pulled off to expose the inner barrel (but when not twisted it's entirely secure and not loose). Again I can't verify if it does fire so it's being sold as a replica/hanger/parts, as seen. 50 for each of these two.

Thompson has trades and K98 is the real wood version with a few chips.

Would you sell the scar? How much would you be looking for?

    @The Joker,

That is quite interesting, but unfortunately I don't travel that way (and, not having a car, can't do so easily, either).

Sorry dude that JLS Famas isn't worth as much as either the scar or 47s by quite a margin....

    what about the thompson?

Are you interested in a straight swap K98K & Thompson for the M9 if collected?

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 29,930 ✭✭✭✭TerrorFirmer

That sounds about fair to me, Joker!

Note on trades: Ideally looking for M4/M16, STG44, L85 if anyone has anything...

What needs to be upgraded to get it skirmishable? How much cash? Thanks.

What needs to be upgraded to get it skirmishable? How much cash? Thanks.

First of all it hasn't had much use, never been skirmished, just fired a few shots off at home, It used to belong to Shiva from Eirsoft who I bought it from,
Its got a plastic upper and lower body, front sight, stock and grip, the rest is metal, comes with a non leaky (Green Gas) mag and metal carry handle,

I've changed the hammer and hammer spring, Changed the Loading Nozzle and added an NPAS with adjustment key, added a 14mm CW silencer, 2 rail covers and a vertical grip

It wouldn't be skirmishable now with the green gas mag mainly because the Green Gas mag doesn't work too well in the the cold weather, But works perfectly with a GHK Co2 Mag, (I have one to show it works properly with it)
    http://www.ebairsoft.com/ghk-co2-gbb-m4-magazine-p-3619.html
And I'm selling it with a choice of either the original stock or an LE type one,
and either the Clone Magpul MOE PTS handguard or the Metal Rails
Neet to get about €100 Cash with it too,

Wow, 60 dollars for a mag, prefer CO2 myself though...think this is the same one here for 50 dollars? (maybe EBS do free shipping, don't know).

I wouldn't be using it for skirmishing though more target shooting, so I could live with Green Gas. Did you change the nozzle because of the co2? Just wondering.

    Compromise at 47S plus 80?

Mine worked out at about €45 inc shipping, the Co2 makes a huge difference though its well worth it, Changed it because it was really tight in the bolt carrier and it wouldn't move properly, and to put in the NPAS to control the power when using the Co2 mag,
I can't go that low, I paid €250 for the gun+the upgrade parts, Or I'd do the AK+80 without the npas loading nozzle and you could get one of the standard ones and put it in yourself, you wouldnt really need to put in an npas if your just target shooting using green gas, its below 1J with just the green gas mag

Is the AK still available? I've an Army Armament L85 with Electric Blowback (needs a little work to get that working again). Fires under 1 J, comes with battery, carry handle and iron sights. Only skirmished with twice, got the original box still. Would be interested in trading for that? If so, I can explain how the Blowback is not working at the moment and how it could "possibly" be fixed. I won't lie and say it will be easy. Where are you based? Not pushed about EBB provided the gun is in good condition....

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 26 GumperP

I'm based in Cork. I have a car so could travel a little, so long as my sat nav can find you as I really do suck at directions. It's in good condition, has a few things you should always do though. The Front grip/barrell is held on with an allan screw under neath, just where the iron sights are. You need to tighten that before/after use, otherwise it can just flop down on you. Ever since I started tightening it though, there has been no problems. Completely stock, only used it once for a 24 hr game where I manned a road block, didn't see much action. Once in a CQB game where I realised...it's not the easiest to use for CQB. :)

So do we have a deal at the AK+€80 cash without the npas loading nozzle and I can include a stronger recoil spring and a better recoil buffer?

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 29,930 ✭✭✭✭TerrorFirmer

Gumper I don't travel so it'd have to be either a postal job or local collection...

Bluestripe, I don't consider it a bad swap just I really wasn't looking to spend more money, really, in all truth...I'll give it a bit more consideration though as it looks like a nice piece.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 26 GumperP

I've thought about it and I'd like to say Deal for the AK. You PM me with details, if you accept the Deal and we can see how it goes. Thanks! #EDIT# It would need to be Postal if that's OK? Shouldn't be too expensive.

Sorry but being honest that Famas is barely worth half the value of the Scar.

I will post here and say that I received the AK and it's in great condition, had to give it a once over though as some shots were firing too powerfully. After the once over it's working amazingly.

Good trade, thanks to OP. :)
