Anyone driving to Galway today?

    Need to get to galway to day and am skint! (From Dublin)

    would any kind strangers on route to galway city from Dublin this evening wish to give myself and one other a lift. Have no money so all i can offer in return is a bit of banter en route.


    Long shot i know, but would greatly appreciate anyone who can give us a lift, ideally would like to be there by 9pm or before!

    So not only do you want a lift for free and inflict your "banter" on the poor unsuspecting driver, you also want to be there before 9pm? Any other requests? Should they bring a snack for you too? Any preference on the type of car?

    Why don't you just hitch or else borrow the 13 bucks needed to get there?

    I saw 2 men mid-20's there lastweek trying to hitch from Cork over the county bounds with a sign:
