Buying a Cheaper Treadmill

I'm thinking of buying a new treadmill, but I'm looking at a low cost one.

I have a proper and very expensive one in my family home in Ireland, but recently moved abroad so looking at a cheaper option.

It's about 350 euros, so considerably cheaper than my other one which cost over a thousand. http://www.decathlon.co.uk/tc-290-id_8114074.html

It's obviously a small (width wise) machine as well, but has anyone any experience with a cheaper treadmill like this, and are they a waste of money, or do people find them good simply for basic 45 - 60 minute runs, twice a day?

It says up to 45 mins a day, but would two runs wear down the battery immediately, or only in the long-term?

I'm not too concerned with different programs, as long as it's somebit quick and has elevation.
