Does any other armed forces in the world have a trade union?

I don't really see the point in it to be honest.

It won't happen, things are going to get bad enough with the already unionised public servants when the true extent of the cuts become clear. The government won't want to add to that issue by having a unionised police or army.

My opinion and that of many others is that people haven't really been hit yet and don't actually realise how bad the cuts are going to be. While everyone is basking in the glowing half term reports from the IMF. The reality of what three or four billion in cuts actually means will only become obvious in December.

Barrack closures is only the start of it.
