04 Fiesta 1.25 Clutch Problem

    Hey,
My Fiancee's car has been giving problems lately. Air is getting into the clutch somehow. It causes the gearbox and clutch to fail and a quick fix is to bleed the clutch. The slave cylinder was changed for a new one and the clutch worked for 2 full months. But it's back to failing after just two weeks and once it starts to go, it goes quick. One possibility is to change the clutch, flywheel and if needed gearbox. But that is a last resort.
There seems to be a suggestion that the gearbox can heat up excessively and cause the brake fluid in the brake line to boil, causing pockets of air to develop and seize the clutch.
Has anybody had a problem like this and possible solutions please? It's an absolute mystery as to what the problem is.

Replaced the clutch slave cylinder only?

What about the master cylinder so? That's as good a place as any for air to get in.

That is our next step and it is cheap, only half hour to install but mechanic didn't think that was the problem. Want to see first if anyone else had same issue.

I replaced one or two master cylinders in these. Could be your suspect all right.
