Again, I really enjoyed the episode. Good song selections, much improved plot continuity and character development and in general an excellent episode. I have 3 criticisms however:
    1) To much Rory Flanagan.( A Glee Project winner, who had ALOT of screen time.
    2) NO EMMA WHATSOEVER.( Hoping for something more after "Asian F."
    3) Very little Mike. ( Although storylline is set to continue next week.)

I thought it was pretty mediocre tbh. I found myself watching with a disinterest because the story was a bit ridiculous and it felt all a bit contrived.

I really didn't like this episode either.

I thought the songs were mostly boring .... (though I did like Puck singing "I've Been Waiting") .... I don't like "smart" Brittney .... and while Finn has always been a fool, now hes turning into an unlikeable fool with a nasty streak.

Rory has a nice voice, but I just have a thing about "Oirish" stereotyping - it really irritates me. I hope they give him something better in upcoming episodes.

PS.... I am finding Sue really boring.

    The oirish stereotyping is woeful.
I haven't seen worse since that episode of murder she wrote or Darby O'Gill and the little people.

    Seriously, A LEPRECHAUN?
And some of the comments he made, you would never hear an Irish person say, ever. It was utterly cringeful.

I was sincerely shocked when I saw him actually wear a different colour at the end. If I saw him wear one more green thing I was going to fling my laptop against the wall!

 Puck and Shelby  = Phelby  - new shipper name?
The ep. was OK but McGinty is a terrible actor...woeful!, he can sing but cannot act to save his life.

Yeah i hated the Oirish crappy, the "mammy"....eh?, don't we all say mam?
Lucky Charms  , best part was the rebels singing that Candyman tune....i love those old songs!

Quinn, really?...tryna get the social services onto Shelby?....it was OK but i feel they over did the silly stuff with Brittany.

    I'll give it a 3/5 because i'm in a good mood.... :)

Now I have this stuck in my head...

Yea although, I do agree with a lot of things people say I do think that this season in general is much better than last season. I HATED the Irish stereotypes, and I was angry with the lack of Emma and Mike- and when is Tina going to get something to do?! I found some songs boring and I got quite irritated when Blaine got to sing T.G.I.F for no apparent reason? I mean, I like Blaine, but when is it going to stop being "The Blaine Show." I feel the episode concentrated too much on Rory- he's stealing other peoples storylines. There's too much characters on the show- and withc
two new Glee Project Winners to be introduced, Sam and Jesse St. James coming back,A new love interest for Beiste and Sue, and a new love interst for Blaine
I'm wondering how the writers are going to find the balance beween the characters- they are already struggling! However, the episode was very plot heavy (which I loved) but it was bland and boring. I actually realy enjoyed the Burt and Sue stuff though and I know that Glee is trying its best- I KNOW it won't get better than this, but tbh it doesn't bother me. They're trying,

Is it me or have the writers ran out of ideas for Sue? [one trick pony comes to mind].

I disagree. I think the writers have some great ideas for Sue. In two or three weeks
there is a number of flashback scenes into Sue's youth to discover where her hate for the arts began.
Also, although the election she is taking place in is supposed to end in a couple of episodes, the effects are meant to wear on for the rest of the season. Sue will also "develop a deeper and more meaningful relationship with Becky as the season progresses."

ok, one thing drives me bonkers is the way irish traits and accents in the states are blown way out of proportion in t.v shows. i really thought they wouldn't go down the leprechaun route with rory, seriously. lucky charms, pot of gold, mammy?? mammy? are you kidding me.

btw, did any one get what the bullies were trying to get him to say at the end?

    i know it's a t.v show. but come on

It was getting him to say U2 was over-rated no? It'd make more sense in the context of the "top o' the mornin' to ya" element.

that would make more sense to be honest.

^ could have been U2, they sound the same.

Rory should have sang something by an Irish band or artist imo

He looked and acted like he was in a Grease play in a Irish secondary school :p

I wished Blaine has stayed at Dalton

I'm really beginning to hate Glee! It has gotten so bad, they seem to be just jumping from issue to issue, there's no continuity at all. It's like they're just writing episode by episode and making it up as they go along.

Yeah thought they handled the Mercedes storyline very badly this week. I thought that the continuity would improve this season but obviously not.

She was barely in it at all and the Glee club didn't actually seem upset about her leaving.
