    Hi Guys...

I just had My Sumsung Europa unlocked, via an online service.

I'm just wondering...Between the Mrs,and the kids,,there are 3 Samsung Europa's in the house,,,so would the same unlock code work on all the same phones?

The phone was unlocked via unlock code emailed to Me using the IMEI.

    Thanks...

No, the code is connected to the IMEI which is unique for each phone.
You can check with the provider, I know VF unlocks for free if you've been with them long enough.

No....I only got the phone as a gift a few weeks back.

But it was bought as a "3" phone,,but I'm on Meteor. I don't want to use the "3" as the signal around here, and the city centre is awful....Plus I'm happy with the Meteor network for now.

    So,,it's one phone down,and 2 to go...

    Thanks for the info Biko.

Out of curiosity, How much did you pay for the unlocking?

    I paid €15.03 online.

Had the unlock code sent to Me within 30 minutes.

Would you mind PMing me who you used? I'm looking to get a HTC done as well and that is a good price you got!

    Thanks :)

Agreed. Of course we all paid slightly different amounts with the Euro going up & down like a whore's knickers vs the almighty dollar:D:D:D
Its the early birds who got it unlocked for $10 that I envy:(

Yeah, that was a good deal alright...

But,,havin said that,,I didn't mind paying just €15 to be honest..

Better than the €25/€30 I'd have been charged in a shop,,and got it done from the comfort of My own home.
