I have to compile a macro that does the following....

Extracts around 50 columns from a file.... ie the header and its corresponding data underneath.

It needs to be used on two files (V9 and V12) - the headers do not appear in the same order in each file.

When used on V12 it needs to order the headers and data the same way it is in V9.... I don't know if that's possible...

    Thanks

Will the columns in each file always be in the same order?

Can you make a permanent change to the column orders in one of the files?

About how many rows are you talking about?
