I'd heard the adds on the radio so I set about looking into book online.
Had serious reservations when I saw the state of the website:

Visions of elves smoking fags at the front entrance washed over me along with Lyle Langley running off with a suitcase of money.

I might wait until Christmas 2012 when I get some feedback.
