Does anybody know if it is possible to switch to UPC didgital from their analogue service without having to switch my payment option to direct debit? The online form wont let me process the order without entering direct debit details.

    all online orders require DD.

Upgrade over the phone (1908) and you won't need it. You have to go onto a monthly or bi monthly billing tho if your billing frequency is anything else

:EDIT: This does not work for a customer taking a new BB or Phone service etc, only ATV customers upgrading to DTV

Thanks for the reply. Decided to just go with the direct
debit anyway. They charge an "installation" fee if you order by phone
plus €3 a bill if you dont pay by direct debit. A bit ridiculous if you ask me but what can you do.
