Convert a car to a van

    Hi i have a MG ZR 2litre diesel and im sick of paying high road tax, never even use the back seats so i was thinking of converting it into a van.. is this possible, what route would ya take

    Afraid you've missed the boat on this one. Revenue are very aware of this practice & the gaurds now check if a van is incorrectly taxed. You could convert only to find yourself paying the same motortax so if this is your only reason for changing I wouldn't bother. You must tax your van private if it's not for business use.

    I have a Celica & know exactly what you mean with the high tax....
