My phone seemed to crash earlier today so I had to 'restore factory settings' when I plugged it into my laptop earlier today!
The only prob I have is that all my apps and songs for my iphone are on my laptop but I cant figure out how to import them back to my phone i.e. where they were originally. I have paid to download alot of these and would be grateful if anyone could help me to get them back on my iphone.
    Many Thanks,
I look forward to your replies.

There should be a bunch of tabs along the top of the iPhone pane on the right: Summary, Info, Apps etc.

Click on Apps, make sure all of the ones you want are ticked, then make sure sync apps above the list of apps is ticked, then hit sync at the bottom right.
