Imagine that the clampers probably equally as hated as those tax collecters by the public got a kick out of clamping a speed van. Now thats funny

Imagine if the van clocked the clampers as they headed up the road to clamp the van? This could be the way out of recession, private tax collection infinity loop. Problem Troika?
