Not sure if this has been discussed before or not.....

Do you need your polling card to vote? I am registered to vote but have moved house recently (not very far though) I know where my polling station is but not sure if i'll be able to get my polling card before polling day. Is it enough just to bring identification?

Yes, your drivers licence or passport will do as ID.

The polling card helps you find the right table (polling station) and it also helps the staff find you in the register quicker but it's not absolutely necessary to have it though you are far more likely to be asked for id if you don't have it so bring the driving licence or similar.

You can get your voter number by checking the register, this will speed things up for everyone if you have it written on a scrap of paper on the day....
