Do they not give you a free one on some plans or from 15euro. Would that one not suit you?

Any DECT phone (digital electronic cordless telephone) will work with UPC so just google some reviews I guess!

Veles, a phone with an answering machine would be overkill as you get free voice mail anyway.

UPC will give you a phone for free then cheap phones after that, €15 each I think, can't remember. I know the reccomended phone is €40 in the shops but UPC will sell it to customers on the cheap

I have a Siemens AH580 IP model. What I like about it is it's a speakerphone unlike the UPC freebie. Plus it can register up to 6 SIP accounts and allows for dialling rules. So, I get my free landline calls from one provider, my 08x mobiles from another and a few other rules I defined. Paying 5-7c per min to ANY and ALL mobiles beats any plan Voda/O2 et co. offer for my purposes at least.
