wanted giant defy

    looking to step up from a mountain bike to road bike,the giant defy kinda takes my fancy so im on the hunt for one now im 6"3 so im looking for a xl model please let me know whats about please

    open to all other bikes aswell
    would a second hand giant defy be better then a halfords new carrera tdf as thy seem to be in or around the same asking prices

    How much are you willing to spend??

    Given time if year and Giant's pricing for next year- you might be better off waiting... Giant are pricing very aggressively in 2012.

    I've seen prices and new range & it's great value.....

    Or giant dealers will be slashing prices on 2011 models to clear what's left...

    I am 6'1 and there is still a load of room on this, particularly with the 110 carbon ITM stem I will include with sale...

    Much better bike for the money than you would get on the BTW;)

    Yeah I'm waiting for my own bike to work but bike is still available If interest.
    I will get exact spec tomo morn have couple additions to stock bike that can come with bike if needed, can see spec online shimano sora group set and all stock bar tyres and also a set of clip on tri bars if required, and again if suits buyer size 11 shimano road shoe cleats included.
    I need look at bike again tomo and I can get pics up and quote a price too

    No problem. I will get that sorted for you tomorrow evening will try get uploading pics.
    Located in northside Dublin.
    Depending on what looking for I would be looking at 275 for bike "as stock" 375with addition of tri bars and road pedals ( bought for 150 in total)
    No problems with bike, used both commuting and long distance 100k plus cycles. Few minor scratches here and there as expected for few years on the road but nothing noticeable

    Again, the Pedals and Tri-Bars are included at 375, with 275 i can get a set of toe clips for bike and remove tri-bars
