Hi, I got an email today to say that my grant has been paid into my account, however, when I checked my account there was nothing in it! Would there be a delay or should I contact Dublin City Council?

It'll take three to five days for the lodgement to clear. Perfectly normal. If your account/sort code is right, should turn up. IF not after a week, get in contact w/ them.
