Has anyone had any success/experience with Transferring a NCB/Insurance history to a US Insurance Policy? I'd appreciate any leads on insurers who allow foreign insurance history.

I would think you have nil chance of getting any US insurer to recognise an Irish NCB.
That said I won't be surprised if someone posts to say they know somebody who managed it .

I had a similar situation in Switzerland - In the end I gave the broker a letter from my insurer in Ireland (I have a car at home as well) stating that I had a hefty claim free period of driving and I got discounted as if I had been driving in CH for all those years.
Talk to a broker, it may cost more than if you could find a way to prove it online. I'm not aware if insurance co's share personal information across borders but if they can/do why not try talking to them.
I can't think of any companies that do auto insurance both sides of the pond though!

I used a named driver NCB in Germany years back and got a bit of a discount. If they recognise it there I would guess they would recognise it in most places. Certainly worth the try!

I brought documents from Polish insurers about my no claims driving there, and they were accepted by Hibernian in Ireland without any questions.
